Shipping policy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once the order is submitted, we can’t make any changes to the address.
Our website will automatically show available shipping options for your location at checkout. If you don’t see any, that means we currently don’t ship to your area.
Shipping times shown at checkout only begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
Once your package is shipped and scanned by the carrier, it’s your responsibility to track it. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments and use carriers like USPS, Canada Post, DHL, and local services.
Important Notes:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during delivery. You can contact us for a replacement, but you have to pay for the shipping fees which varies according to your location.

If some items are out of stock, we’ll issue store credit for their value. If everything is out of stock, you’ll get store credit for the full order (excluding shipping fees).
Customs & Import Fees
We handle importing the goods for you, and you agree that we or our partners (like customs brokers) can do this on your behalf. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost and hasn’t been delivered:

If all items are still available, we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge.

If some are out of stock, we’ll ship what we can and give you a refund for the rest.
Returned Packages
If your package is sent back to us due to issues like:

Invalid address

Not picked up at customs

Refused delivery

Unpaid customs fees
You have two options:

Reshipment – We’ll send it again if items are still in stock, for a reshipping fee.

Refund – We’ll refund the value of the items, minus shipping fee to cover the original shipping.
International Fees
Since Meru Jewlz is based in Canada, your credit card provider may charge a foreign transaction fee (usually 1–3%). This fee goes to the bank or card issuer—not to us.
