Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy and 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return and 10 days for exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@merujewlz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Policy: 

1. You have to raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available.

2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.

3. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.

4. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you store credit for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this credit while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.

5. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of store credit. 

6. Return or exchange  of the exchanged product is not possible.

7. No discount will be given on exchange orders.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
